All of the staff were super friendly and professional. The live bands were pretty frequent, all were surprisingly good and there was a good variety of music to please all/most. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is very nice and helpful and the resort infrastructure is really good. The room I stayed in had an amazing view! It was my second time at Viva and I hope to return more times.

Great place for relaxing and recovering some energy. The resort is beautiful and located by the beach. The staff is awesome and the food is tasty. I recommend the breakfast and dinner, while I haven't tried the lunch. The balcony where you order tapiocas, waffles (breakfast) and barbecue (dinner) and all the typical fruits are a must.

The hotel's location is superb, in front of the beach which is beautiful, clean with warm water. The pools very nice with also warm water. A place to enjoy and rest.
